lol am I the only person who actually likes pretty much every Cradle song save for one? Too much debating over which album was best, when they started going downhill yadda yadda, I don`t see them going downhill at all… I enjoy every album because they each have their own story and new creative influences. Cradle is epic, and there will never be another band that can do what they`ve accomplished. <3

For me, Cradle went from bad (very quickly) to fantastic, which they held on to for a good 15 years, but now they seem to be going bad again (in a different way, and through no fault of their own). It’s sort of one extreme to the other.

But fuck it, man, who cares? Most of the music they have made is some of the best in the world as far as I’m concerned. And lyrically, they’re 100%. It would take me a lifetime to come up with just one verse as good as Dani’s.

T.f.d is just a classic. I enjoy it for what it is/was. Thats just my opinion. But yes, I do agree with you on Dani’s voice.

Come on, Total Fucking Darkness is an absolute joke! Things started getting good for them at Dusk/VEmpire. Then it was great until Nymphetamine (for the most part), now they’ve gone a bit odd … mostly due to Dani’s voice being a bit knackered!

you are by far the only cradle fan ive seen that seems to be intelligent in any way. i could not agree more with what you just said. you are completely correct. i find its sort of ironic that cof dont attract a very intelligent crowd seeing as how they themselves are extremely well educated and open minded individuals.

Their newer material is alright. I much prefer Total fucking darkness thru Midian, but I won’t denounce DAAD, nymph or thorno.

yes Nymphetamine is rather new for us old COF fan’s, but it did have a very heavy gothic feel to it, much more so then DAAD. the only thing i didnt like about it was it was way to commercial.

Nympthetamine is a truly amazing album – as is Principles of Flesh and Cruelty
