Please please remove all of your orchid videos. You may be able to keep them alive, but if a person new to orchid growing, they will kill them. When you say “soil,” people think “dirt” out of the garden, and that will KILL the orchid. ALSO- orchids need nitrogen, especially those in bark based mixes because the bacteria that break down the mix use up all the nitrogen. They also should not be given UREA nitrogen because they can’t use it. Balanced 20-20-20 fert. works well.

what is 20-20-20? what about in the winter..how my orchids will bloem in the winter?….mine is very healthy the pahleanopsis but theyr’e dormant this summer….what fertilizer to give them in the winter time and to induce them to flower again…thank you
