"Fast" is relative. What do you consider to be fast? Orchids go through their reproductive cycle once a year as do most other plants. During that cycle the plant will increase its size by one "unit" of growth. For instance, a clumping orchid will produce one additional stalk (pseudopod). Monopods will add one leaf or leaf pair. Is that "fast"?. I expect it may relate to how patient you are.

well it all depends on the weather never do it when it is sunny try to plant them on a rainy day that gets all of the soik soft around it to make a good root cycle.
