It’s called, “repotting,” not transplanting.
The next pot is waaay too BIG. Bark DUST will kill them becasue there is no AIR. You need bark chips. If you take moss from your garden, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned first, but you really should only use sphagnum. NEVER put regular soil into orchid mix. Soil can contain fungus that will kill your orchids and it may also have bugs in it that will do the same. All of the old mix needs to be removed and dead roots need to be cut.
