2 were stacked parallel on top of eachother, on the oppisite side the other 2 leaves were parallel on top of eachother but now……………….. a 5th leaf came up and is now growing to one side. y is it doing this?

I just bought an orchid (phaleanopsis). It had 4 blossomed flowers and about 12 bulbs. When it got home immediately 4 bulbs fell. The next day, one of the flowers died, a second one follows, and 4 more bulbs fell. The leaves seem really healthy. They told me that orchids should be watered once a week. I would like to know how to keep my orchid healthy and how can a "revive it". Should I repot it? Change the "soil"? Add fertilizer?

I have a Chocolate Oncidium orchid that I've grown for 6+ years. The leaves are getting quite bushy. Should I, can I prune them without hurting the plant? Any other advice about mature orchids? It hasn't flowered yet this season as it usually does.
