The flowers on my orchids have all fallen off and is now growing leaves. Is this ok, will flowers grow again?

yes, do not worry, it is just part of their life cycle

yes, it is but normal. you don't have to worry it will grow flowers again. it is proper if you spray your orchids with fertilizer, flower booster and growth booster.
